I discovered reflexology over 20 years ago and continue to be amazed by how intelligent our body is and how it is continually communicating to us. Our feet in particular give us strong messages pertaining to not only
our physical health but also our mental and emotional health.

I am a fully qualified, licenced Reflexology practitioner, passionate about this incredible modality. I first became involved with complimentary medicine
25 years ago when my son was a toddler, due to his ill health, I began
to study first Naturopathy and Reflexology and then Herbal Medicine.
