Steph has been involved in the health profession all her adult life. Originally from Adelaide, South Australia, she married a Kiwi and has lived in Auckland since the mid 1970's.

Steph began her Reflexology journey at the New Zealand College of Massage in 2001 and subsequently added different modalities to her knowledge. She is a registered nurse.

Steph is trained in hand, ear and foot reflexology with a focus on pregnancy and infertility- providing a natural approach for maternal well being. Steph is also a Service Provider for Sweet Louise and is experienced in treating women undergoing treatment for cancer.

Steph is a member of the Natural  Health Practitioners New Zealand (formerly The Charter). Steph works from her home in Remuera. Her skills include

• Reiki
• Indian Head Massage
• the Metamorphic technique to ease deep tension and release blockages, both physical and emotional.
